UNDERSTANDING

Every bespoke garment begins with a conversation. Understanding the person who will wear it means observing posture, habits, movement and unspoken preferences. Cloth becomes a language of its own: weight, texture and colour are carefully selected to translate identity into material form. There are no formulas to replicate, only balances to discover.

PROPORTIONS

Measurements are never simply numbers. They are living proportions, subtle architectures of the body that guide the hand of the tailor. Every shoulder line, every posture and every natural asymmetry is carefully interpreted so that the garment may truly belong to its wearer.

THE PATTERN

From these observations emerges a unique handmade pattern, drafted entirely by hand for a single client. An unrepeatable construction where line, proportion and character gradually take shape through the craftsman's gesture. It is here that an idea slowly begins to acquire presence.

FIRST FITTING

The first fitting remains essential, almost unfinished. The bespoke jacket appears in its most honest form: raw, alive and still evolving. The silhouette begins to emerge, as does the dialogue between cloth and body. This is a delicate phase of observation and refinement, where the tailor searches patiently for balance and harmony.

SECOND FITTING

With the second fitting, the garment begins to reveal its character. Pockets, internal details, lining and finishing elements take shape, each one executed and refined by hand. Corrections become increasingly subtle, yet no less important. It is here that the value of true craftsmanship becomes visible: the time invested, the invisible construction and the sensitivity contained within every stitch.

THE REVEAL

The final fitting marks the meeting between the client and the completed garment. By now, the jacket has acquired balance, character and natural ease. Nothing is standardised. Every detail bears the mark of human hands, intention and care. The garment is no longer simply worn. It is inhabited.
